Find your voice!!!

In any business, you will have to find your place.  As an entrepreneur, finding your voice is easier said than done… pun intended!  Getting into the groove of any industry is a battle whether you are an attorney, fashion stylist, actor or entertainer.  It is up to each artist and career person to find themselves in a crowded industry and market and form their own unique niche.  Every attorney is not for every one just like every designer is not for everyone.  Finding your unique style as an entrepreneur is important.  This is what will set you apart from others that does something similar.  Once you get comfortable with who you are as in individual and merge that style into your business, your unique and creative niche will be formed.  Once that occurs then and only then will you be able to move forward within your industry and make a mark of your own.  Your voice is your own personal style merged with your business style.

In the fashion industry this is particularly important.  A fashion blogger has to be in tuned with their own style to report about the industry in the way that they see it.  They are then able to add the perspective of others into that equation and sell it.  A fashion designer has to sell themselves and their own unique style.  This style comes in the form of their sketches and garments.  Their style is what they are the most passionate about.  If they try to create fashion that they don’t believe in, fans can tell.

Finding your voice as an entrepreneur can be tricky for some and easy for others.  This involves believing in yourself, believing in your career and believing that you can do anything when it comes to your business.  Moving forward no matter what the odds are or how the chips are stacked up against you.  Finding your voice involves fighting forward to the next level, rebranding yourself constantly and reassuring yourself daily.  A voice is to express something in words…

So what are you expressing as an entrepreneur?  What are you saying and what are you doing to follow and back up what you’re saying?  A voice is a powerful tool and as an entrepreneur the expressions you give out to people are important.  Find the right words to use so that you are seen as the entrepreneur that you want to be and want to be viewed as.
